Project Parakeet

 

 

 

Investigating the invasive ecology of the Rose-Ringed Parakeet (Psittacula  krameri) in the UK.

 

Our research project aims to assess the:

 

 

  • The size, distribution and predicted growth of the population.

 

  • The ecological impact on UK biodiversity.

 

  • The economic impact on UK agri-ecosystems.
